The second season of Netflix’s The Witcher , as we all know, will show us Geralt’s family in Kaer Morhen in the form of his fellow witchers. As it was announced earlier last year, Kim Bodnia , Paul Bullion , Basil Eidenbenz and Yasen Atour would be joining Henry Cavill ‘s Geralt of Rivia as Vesemir , Lambert , Eskel and Coën respectively. You can read the full interview on Wyborcza (follow the above link), it includes some new hints at how the show will address the recasting of the role of Geralt. Simplificati...

Filming for the second season is starting to wind down, and it won’t be long before postproduction work begins on The Witcher . Some actors took to social media to give little updates along the way. Paul Bullion, who plays the role of the witcher Lambert, tweeted sweet words after completing his scenes: Although things are winding down, there are still casting announcements trickling in. According to Redanian Intelligence , actor Cassie Clare will be playing the role of a powerful sorceress named Philippa Eilhart. Phillipa is a fearsome master of polymorphy—the power to change into an animal. In her case, she changes into an owl, a form which has many uses in terms of spying. With at least three centuries of experience under her belt, she is not an enemy you’d like to make. What do you think of Clare as Philippa? Are you excited to see the sorceress come to like in season two? Let us know in the comments below or in our forum ! View Source
